Live Aquaria Shipping Policy / Rates

All orders are shipped via Indian Railways / Domestic Airline. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item #'s and  tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival at Nearest Railway Station ( Station decided before shipping with our Customer Service Team - Max traveling time in transit should be not more than  48-56 hours ) / Nearest Airport  . Please note, we strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery at the respective collection place to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.

The rates you see in the charts below are what you pay. there are no extra "Packing Charges," "Box Charges,"  or "Preparation Fees."

Because of the complex packaging procedures for all aquatic life and our primary concern for the health and well-being of all specimens we offer, we cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.

In an Unlikely event, Death of Live Aquaria in transit we Guarantee Replacement  Please contact  our Customer Service Department with instructions requesting receipt of water samples or expired aquaria. ( NOTE : Shipping charges will not be refunded, Expired Aquaria shipping back to our hold will be borne by the  customer )

Pets O Mania makes every effort possible to ship your order complete. Due to seasonal availability, daily health inspections and other considerations, animals are sometimes unavailable for shipment. If the situation arises, Pets O Mania  will ship 75% of the value of your order, canceling the out of stock animals. Pets O Mania  may also substitute the unavailable animal with different size or may substitute with a parallel equivalent product. This may result in a shipping delay
